Undella Bay
Sitting just outside the Seaside Cave, the bay holds many dive spots, most of which take three or more days to reach... If you know where to look. From the shores to the Seaside Cave however, it takes only two to surf.

Seaside Cave
Sitting at the end of Route 21, this small cave takes only a day to go end to end, but 4 days to explore completely.

Route 21
A route entirely of water, it takes about 4 days to get from the Seaside cave to Humilau. Good thing there's the Marine Tube right?

Marine Tube
'Bridge' of sorts that it is, the Marine Tube gets its own spot! It takes a full week to get from Undella Town to Humilau City, and while walking through the tube, travellers will see all sorts of sights from beneath Unova's seas. If they see the elusive Wailord, the gate check guard will give them the small prize of a Wailmer pillow too!

Humilau City
As a city partially built up on houses above the water, it's only natural that some native sea-pokemon would be seen!

Route 22
Not much further now, one would say; Route 22 has a number of walkways required to explore the route in full; using them allows one to reach the Giant Chasm Entrance within 2 days in fact! With all the turns needed otherwise however, it takes five days to get from end to end despite the seeming distance of the route.

Giant Chasm
Technically, the grassy area just outside the chasm itself is considered 'Giant Chasm'. To traverse the maze to reach the exit located in the Village Bridge area takes about 3 days, without getting lost. Reaching the Chasm itself takes just as long- making it to Route 23 takes four from the Route 22 end, and one from the Village Bridge.
Currently, the deepest cave in the Giant Chasm proper is only partially accessible; the rear chamber of the cave is entirely blocked off with an unbreakable, unmelting ice...
To explore all there is to explore in the Giant Chasm Plains takes a full two weeks!
